Social Dance Live Terms of Service

These Terms apply to use of the service. Review the conditions shown for individual features, including accounts, publishing, AI and advertising. The Privacy Policy explains data processing; processing that requires separate consent follows the applicable consent procedure. Users who need a legal representative’s consent must obtain it before use.

You must provide accurate account information and keep your sign-in methods secure. Tell the team if you discover unauthorized use. You may not impersonate another person or use someone else's account without permission.

Third-party sign-in services such as Google or Kakao may also be governed by the provider's own terms.

You must have the right to submit and publish posters, LIVE photos, text, comments, links, AI reference images and other material, and must respect copyright, trademarks, image rights and privacy. Rights remain with the relevant rights holder. Sharing a link to external content does not give you rights to the original.

While your content is available through the service, you grant Social Dance Live a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, format, translate where needed, make searchable, and share it for operating and promoting the service. This license ends when the content is deleted, except for reasonable backups, legal retention duties, and ordinary sharing that already occurred.

Illegal or fraudulent material, rights violations, hate or harassment, obscene or dangerous content, spam, malware, impersonation, security bypasses, abnormal automated collection, and excessive requests are not permitted.

The team may limit or remove content that violates the law, these Terms, or published operating policies, or that threatens users or the service. Accounts may be restricted when necessary. Unless an urgent safety or security issue prevents it, we will explain the reason where practical.

Some publishing, AI, or advertising features may require service points. The cost, duration, and conditions shown on the relevant screen apply. Unless expressly stated or required by law, points are not cash and cannot be transferred between users or redeemed for cash.

Where a feature supports payment, cancellation, or refunds, the conditions shown when applying and applicable law will govern. Anyone submitting an advertisement or promotional material must have the necessary rights to its claims, destination page, and images and must comply with applicable law.

AI analysis, image generation and publication are separate operations. Completing an operation with a disclosed cost does not automatically cancel it or return points because you do not publish or select the result. Technical errors or duplicate deductions are assessed against processing records, the feature’s stated conditions and applicable law. Point awards, spending, expiration and rewards follow the relevant feature conditions.

When you request it, poster images or text you provide may be sent to an AI analysis or generation feature. AI output can omit or misread information. Before publishing, you must verify and edit the title, schedule, venue, price, contact details, and description.

AI does not replace professional judgment or an organizer’s official information. Accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose and freedom from third-party rights claims are not uniformly guaranteed. Users must check the content and rights of outputs and reference material they publish. The team’s AI-assisted editorial content is managed through manual review or operator-configured automation and publication checks.

Information about events, classes, and venues submitted by users or organizers may change or contain errors. Confirm the latest details with the organizer before traveling, booking, or paying. Unless expressly stated, Social Dance Live is not a party to the event or an intermediary in the transaction.

External links and Instagram Reels depend on their provider’s terms, public settings and privacy policy. Reels are shown through official embeds or original links rather than copies of the videos stored by this service. Deletion, private settings or embed restrictions can prevent display. A link or embed does not constitute an endorsement or guarantee of external content.

The team may change or temporarily suspend part of the service for improvements, maintenance, security, legal requirements, or operational needs. Where practical, changes that materially affect user rights will be announced through the service.

The service is provided as currently available. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or availability in every region where interruptions depend on the internet, third-party providers, or a user's device environment.

You may request account withdrawal through the account controls provided. The team may restrict an account or feature when it finds a serious violation, repeated abuse, or a security risk.

Account withdrawal ends account access; it does not automatically delete all public content, cancel ongoing advertising or refund points. Content deletion, advertising, separate privacy requests and legal or dispute records are handled separately under the relevant feature information, Privacy Policy and applicable law.

To the extent permitted by law, Social Dance Live does not guarantee user-submitted information, external events, or third-party services and is not responsible for losses caused by changes to them. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for intentional or grossly negligent conduct or any user right that cannot legally be limited.

We may update these Terms as the service or applicable law changes. Material updates will be announced with a new effective date through the service or a notice area. If a dispute occurs, the parties should first try to resolve it in good faith under applicable law.
