Social Dance Live Terms of Service

By using the service, creating an account, or publishing content, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service. Anyone who requires consent from a parent or legal guardian must obtain it before using the service.

You must provide accurate account information and keep your sign-in methods secure. Tell the team if you discover unauthorized use. You may not impersonate another person or use someone else's account without permission.

Third-party sign-in services such as Google or Kakao may also be governed by the provider's own terms.

You must have the right to publish any posters, LIVE photos, descriptions, comments, links, or other material you submit. Do not infringe another person's copyright, trademark, image rights, privacy, or other rights. You retain ownership of your content.

While your content is available through the service, you grant Social Dance Live a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, format, translate where needed, make searchable, and share it for operating and promoting the service. This license ends when the content is deleted, except for reasonable backups, legal retention duties, and ordinary sharing that already occurred.

Illegal or fraudulent material, rights violations, hate or harassment, obscene or dangerous content, spam, malware, impersonation, security bypasses, abnormal automated collection, and excessive requests are not permitted.

The team may limit or remove content that violates the law, these Terms, or published operating policies, or that threatens users or the service. Accounts may be restricted when necessary. Unless an urgent safety or security issue prevents it, we will explain the reason where practical.

Some publishing, AI, or advertising features may require service points. The cost, duration, and conditions shown on the relevant screen apply. Unless expressly stated or required by law, points are not cash and cannot be transferred between users or redeemed for cash.

Where a feature supports payment, cancellation, or refunds, the conditions shown when applying and applicable law will govern. Anyone submitting an advertisement or promotional material must have the necessary rights to its claims, destination page, and images and must comply with applicable law.

When you request it, poster images or text you provide may be sent to an AI analysis or generation feature. AI output can omit or misread information. Before publishing, you must verify and edit the title, schedule, venue, price, contact details, and description.

AI does not replace professional advice or an organizer's official information. Using AI assistance does not change your responsibility for content you publish. AI-assisted editorial articles published by the Social Dance Live team are reviewed by an administrator before they go public.

Information about events, classes, and venues submitted by users or organizers may change or contain errors. Confirm the latest details with the organizer before traveling, booking, or paying. Unless expressly stated, Social Dance Live is not a party to the event or an intermediary in the transaction.

The service may link to third-party websites or services. Their terms and privacy policies apply to them, and a link does not mean that Social Dance Live endorses or guarantees their content.

The team may change or temporarily suspend part of the service for improvements, maintenance, security, legal requirements, or operational needs. Where practical, changes that materially affect user rights will be announced through the service.

The service is provided as currently available. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or availability in every region where interruptions depend on the internet, third-party providers, or a user's device environment.

You may request account withdrawal through the account controls provided. The team may restrict an account or feature when it finds a serious violation, repeated abuse, or a security risk.

How account data and public content are handled after withdrawal, separate deletion requests, and retention for legal or dispute records are described in the Privacy Policy and the withdrawal notice shown in the service.

To the extent permitted by law, Social Dance Live does not guarantee user-submitted information, external events, or third-party services and is not responsible for losses caused by changes to them. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for intentional or grossly negligent conduct or any user right that cannot legally be limited.

We may update these Terms as the service or applicable law changes. Material updates will be announced with a new effective date through the service or a notice area. If a dispute occurs, the parties should first try to resolve it in good faith under applicable law.
